Wisconsin RISE does not currently operate in Green Bay. This early exploration is meant to learn whether residents, employers, educators, workforce professionals, community organizations, volunteers, and supporters see a need for a local RISE presence.

If the need and local support are there, those conversations can help shape what a future regional effort might look like. No program model or launch is being assumed in advance.
